AncaLab Surface Design evolved from experience matured in Ancaplast, founded in Milan in 1982 by Anna Maria Calderara. Today the company is managed by her son Carlo Bersani, who is guiding the team towards the development of a new, structured R&D company.

AncaLab was founded with more than 40 years of experience and technical competence in the field of alternative materials to leather, and is in continuous evolution. We offer consultancy and create solutions, following our customers' projects from the concept to their perfect realization. We are founded on a concept of sustainability, which finds its greatest expression in the development of creative materials for direct finishing or transfer coating.
